Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an Inside Sales Executive. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads through strategic research, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, and converting prospects into clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with potential customers, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role demands proactive communication, collaboration with team members, and a strong focus on understanding client needs to provide tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and proficiency in identifying and converting sales opportunities
• Strong skills in Lead Generation and building a consistent sales pipeline
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients
• Customer Service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Proven ability to meet Sales targets and contribute to business growth
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
