Job description
  • Integration Development : Build and maintain integrations using HCM Extract, HDL (HCM Data Loader), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)and REST APIs
  • Data Handling : Extract, transform, and load employee data including joiners, movers, and leavers from Oracle HCM to downstream systems like Fusion Finance
  • Customisation : Use Fast Formula and OTBI to customise HR functionalities and generate business intelligence reports
  • Compliance & Support : Ensure HR systems meet compliance standards and provide technical support for onboarding and maintenance
  • Automation : Implement automation tools such as DS.030 configuration extractor and Gen AI-powered patch analysis to reduce manual effort.
  • Oracle Cloud HCM (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management)
  • Oracle Fusion HCM (HCM Extracts, OTBI, Fast Formula)
  • HDL and Web Services for data exchange
  • PL / SQL, BI Publisher.
  • Experience with REST APIs and XML data formats
  • Familiarity with SFTP and PGP for secure data transfer
