Job descriptionA specialized diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or a related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio demonstrating your skills. Proficiency in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro). Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. Knowledge of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and sound. Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Rocktfuel is a bustling digital marketing agency based in Bangalore, India. We work with a diverse portfolio of clients in the F&B, Manufacturing, Fashion, E-commerce & Service Sector. Our team is growing, and we are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join the team.
Job Description :
This role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content, both static and video, to support our marketing, branding, and communication efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing their design and video editing skills, as well as the ability to work on various projects and meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design visually appealing graphics, including but not limited to banners, social media posts, infographics, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create engaging video content, including promotional videos, tutorials, product demos, and animations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design and video strategies that align with our brand and marketing goals.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage, add effects, transitions, and motion graphics to create compelling videos.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all visual content.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, software, and tools to continually improve and innovate the quality of design and video content.
- Assist in managing and organizing digital assets, including image and video libraries.
- Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, including brainstorming, storyboarding, and delivering the final product.
