Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • ABAP Development for HANA : Design, develop, and implement high-performance ABAP programs and solutions specifically optimized for SAP HANA.
  • System Enhancements : Work on various SAP modules to implement new functionalities, enhancements, and custom developments as per business requirements.
  • Performance Optimization : Apply a strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques to ensure efficient ABAP code execution on HANA.
  • API Development : Develop and implement RESTful APIs for integration with other systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Debugging : Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical issues in ABAP programs and HANA-specific developments.
  • Collaboration : Work effectively within an Agile methodology, collaborating with functional consultants, other developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Documentation : Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in SAP ABAP Development.
  • ABAP for HANA : Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA is a must-have skill.
  • Database Understanding : Strong understanding of database management and optimization techniques relevant to SAP HANA.
  • API Development : Experience in developing and implementing RESTful APIs.
  • Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile methodologies and common project management tools.
  • Communication : Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Qualification : Any qualification is acceptable.

  • Knowledge or experience in SAP Fiori and UI5 development.
