Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the position of Assistant Manager, based in Haora. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure team productivity, and assist in meeting organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling customer interactions, monitoring inventory, and managing scheduling. You will also play a key role in optimizing workflows and fostering a collaborative team environment.
