• Coordinate with various vendors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless event operations
• Help in creating and managing event budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective solutions
• Collaborate with the team to develop event concepts, themes, and innovative ideas, ensuring client satisfaction
• Assist in venue selection, negotiating contracts, and managing logistics for smooth event execution
• Aid in coordinating event schedules, timelines, and production requirements for various event elements
• Contribute to post-event evaluations, analyzing success factors, and identifying areas for improvement
