JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance & Product Safety Engineer with deep expertise in ATEX , EMC , and global product certification standards . This role requires a strategic thinker and technical leader who can advocate for best practices, train teams, and drive compliance across the product lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will also possess strong project management capabilities to ensure timely and accurate execution of regulatory and compliance initiatives across global teams.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead ATEX-related compliance activities , ensuring adherence to regulations for products intended for potentially explosive atmospheres.
• Partner with design, product support, and notified bodies throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure compliance with :
• EMC / EMI standards
• UL, LV, CE
• EU Machinery Directive

Manage all aspects of the  certification process , including

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Expertise in  ATEX , EMC , UL , Low Voltage , and Machinery Directive standards.
