Job Title : Tele Sales Executive

Location : Bangalore

Experience : 1–3 years (Candidates with strong tele-sales background preferred)

Languages Required : Fluent Hindi + any South Indian language (Preference : Malayalam)

Joining : Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with end users of the loyalty program.
• Drive redemptions by actively promoting offers and encouraging customers to redeem their reward points via the portal.
• Provide personalized product recommendations to enhance redemption experience.
• Convert service interactions into sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
• Manage and update call records, feedback, and redemption-related data accurately.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth redemption and resolution processes.
