Brief Job Description :
No Fluff is looking for a Graphic Designer who can work independently to create high-performing visuals across digital platforms. You’ll be responsible for translating briefs into scroll-stopping graphics that not only look great but also deliver results. If you know your tools, understand what drives clicks, and can balance creativity with clarity, we’d like to meet you.
What you will be doing :
The Day-to-Day Magic :
- Visual Content Creation – Design engaging graphics that capture attention and drive interaction across digital platforms.
- Brief Interpretation – Break down creative briefs into clear, actionable visual concepts that align with campaign goals.
- Design for Performance – Ensure every design choice serves a purpose—balancing creativity with results.
- Platform Adaptation – Tailor assets for different channels like Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and more.
- Feedback Implementation – Incorporate internal and client feedback efficiently while maintaining design quality.
- Brand Alignment – Work within brand guidelines while introducing fresh visual ideas where appropriate.
- Asset Management – Organise design files systematically and contribute to maintaining a shared design library.
The Big Picture Stuff :
Campaign Design – Support visual execution for ads, marketing campaigns, and social content with performance in mind.Cross-Team Collaboration – Work alongside strategy and content teams to ensure design output meets campaign objectives.Data-Informed Design – Use learnings from past performance to improve future visual communication.Brand Consistency – Ensure visual consistency across assets while staying flexible to campaign needs.Trend Awareness – Keep an eye on evolving design trends, platform updates, and new tools or techniques.Requirements :
2 – 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital-first or agency environment.A portfolio that shows your range in branding, ads, social media, and campaign visuals.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator); Figma is a plus.A strategic mind —understand how design impacts user behaviour and business outcomes.Strong visual storytelling and layout skills.Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines with minimal oversight.Sharp attention to detail and a self-driven mindset .Send your resume and best design portfolio to : culture@nofluff.in
