- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle from understanding job requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers;
ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).Negotiate offers and manage candidate engagement till onboarding.Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs and plan recruitment strategies.Promote the companys employer brand to attract high-quality candidates.Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations throughout the recruitment process
