ITSM / HRSD ServiceNow Platform Specialist

Job Title : ServiceNow Developer (ITSM / HRSD / Integrations)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ITSM , HRSD , and third-party integrations . The ideal candidate will design, develop, and implement end-to-end ServiceNow solutions to support enterprise workflows and automation initiatives. This role involves hands-on development, platform configuration, API integration, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure solutions on the ServiceNow platform , including ITSM and HRSD modules.
• Build and customize Service Catalog items, Record Producers, Workflows, Flow Designer flows , and Business Rules .
• Develop and maintain integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and web services .
• Configure and customize HRSD components : Lifecycle Events, Case Management, Employee Center, HR Services, and HR Knowledge Base.
• Implement and optimize ITSM processes such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request, and CMDB.
• Write and maintain scripts (Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Glide scripting).
• Conduct Unit Testing / UAT and troubleshoot platform issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Maintain platform documentation, update release notes, and support upgrades.
