Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, and maintain IT Service Management solutions using the ServiceNow platform. You‿ll play a key role in automating workflows, enhancing service delivery, and integrating systems to support enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules : Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and Knowledge Management
- Customize workflows, business rules, client / server scripts, UI policies, and notifications
- Implement integrations with external systems using REST / SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Maintain platform health through upgrades, patching, and performance tuning
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations and customizations
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards and security best practices
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot ServiceNow related issues
Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of hands on experience in ServiceNow developmentStrong understanding of ITSM processes and ITIL frameworkProficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide scriptingExperience with ServiceNow APIs and integration techniquesFamiliarity with Service Portal, UI / UX customization, and reporting toolsServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, ITSM Implementation Specialist) preferredEducation
Bachelor‿s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
