Project Construction Head

Job Role : Project Construction HeadLocation : RajasthanQualification : Full time B.tech (Civil)How can you make an Impact?1. Execution of multistorey group housing projects of at least 5-20 acres at a location including planning estimation, scheduling, team selection, quality & cost control etc. with on time delivery track record2. Analyse & approve estimates, labor rates, item rates etc & monitor construction costs.3. Follow up for drawings with Architectural, structure, Electrical, plumbing etc., from HO prior to the start of construction activities.4. Implement methods, construction checklists & conduct periodic audits at site to check adherence to construction guidelines & standards, quality and safety measures for consistent operations across projects at the location.5. Shall be responsible for overall “wow” factor in the projects.6. Will be responsible to hire, coach & mentor a team of engineers.7. To maintain the PRW Strength above 80% in the project every month.8. Will coordinate with purchase team and facilitate vendor enrolment, managing cost, approval(s) & coordination between Branch & Head Office.9. Responsible for safety, staffing, training & development of site staff and adherence to all required legal / statutory compliances.10. Hands on knowledge of ERP software's, AutoCAD and MS Projects & MS Excel.What are we looking for?
