Lead product development initiatives from ideation to commercialization, ensuring alignment with market needs and customer expectations.

Provide expert guidance on market entry tactics, and growth opportunities for healthcare products and services.

Share industry expertise through workshops, presentations, and stakeholder meetings, effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

Collaborate cross functionally with internal teams (product management, marketing, sales) to deliver impactful results.

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualification

Proven track record of success in healthcare consulting with a focus on business strategy, product management, or healthcare operations (8+years).

Deep understanding of healthcare policies, regulations, and compliance standards. Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders and lead persuasive negotiations.

Demonstrated experience managing complex projects within the healthcare industry and consistently delivering results.

Capacity to thrive in a fast paced environment, prioritizing effectively, and managing multiple projects concurrently.

Experience working with healthcare technology solutions is a plus.

Preferred Expertise :

Domain expertise in specific healthcare sectors (Payer, Provider, Clinical & Claims).
