About headspace

headspace are a busy and innovative youth mental health service providing a variety of mental health, medical, sexual and other health related services as well as vocational, functional groups and social services to young people aged 12 to 25 years and their families.

About the Opportunity

As Program Manager, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based mental health care for young people aged 12–25 and their families. You’ll lead and support multidisciplinary teams across headspace Darwin and headspace Palmerston, ensuring services are delivered in line with the Australian Early Psychosis Program (AEPP) and headspace’s best practice model. Working closely with senior clinical and operational leaders, you’ll help shape a responsive, youth-focused service that makes a real difference in the lives of young people.

Please note : It is a requirement that prior to commencing in this role, you must provide 100 points of identification to confirm Australian citizenship or eligibility to work in Australia; possess a Working with Children (Ochre Card), a current National Criminal History Check (within 3 months) and a valid NT driver’s licence.

Experience of working closely with and having a strong understanding of Aboriginal & Torres Strait Islander culture would be considered an advantage.
