Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern, located in Gurugram. The HR Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations including HR management, implementation of HR policies, and coordination of employee benefits and personnel management tasks. The intern will also help with recruitment processes, employee onboarding, and maintaining employee records.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management
• Understanding of HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing one)
