Role Summary
You'll build and manage systems, lead counselling and visa teams, and ensure every lead moves efficiently toward conversion — while upholding quality and timelines. This role is core to our growth and impacts every stage of the student lifecycle.
Responsibilities :
- Own the student journey from lead to visa
- Manage and scale counselling and visa teams
- Build SOPs, KPIs, trackers, and reporting systems
- Conduct regular training and reviews for your team
- Coordinate with university reps and compliance teams
- Handle escalations and ensure high student satisfaction
- Monitor daily lead progress, follow-up performance , and conversion analytics
- Ensure on-time admissions and visa submissions
Requirements :
5–10 years in overseas education (admissions + visa)Proven team leadership experienceProficient in CRMs, Google Sheets, WhatsApp for BusinessStrong in process building and people managementSkills Required
