Operations head - overseas education

Role Summary

You'll build and manage systems, lead counselling and visa teams, and ensure every lead moves efficiently toward conversion — while upholding quality and timelines. This role is core to our growth and impacts every stage of the student lifecycle.

Responsibilities :

• Own the student journey from lead to visa
• Manage and scale counselling and visa teams
• Build SOPs, KPIs, trackers, and reporting systems
• Conduct regular training and reviews for your team
• Coordinate with university reps and compliance teams
• Handle escalations and ensure high student satisfaction
• Monitor daily lead progress, follow-up performance , and conversion analytics
• Ensure on-time admissions and visa submissions
