Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales person to join our Indirect Sales team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through established relationships with insurance brokers and insurers, managing key accounts, and driving growth in the assigned region. This role requires a strong understanding of the health benefits- Wellness ecosystem, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with insurance and brokers and insurers in the Bangalore region.
- Drive sales through the indirect channel by promoting company products and services.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and market penetration goals.
- Conduct regular meetings and joint calls with partners to build rapport and enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Onboarding, Vendor Management, Key account management, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of business.
- Provide market intelligence and feedback to the management team to support business planning.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM tools.
Key Requirements :
4-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in insurance or broking services.Strong understanding of the insurance landscape, broker network, and indirect sales strategies.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proficiency in English is essential.Willingness to travel within the region as required(ref : iimjobs.com)
