Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Lead to lead end-to-end performance testing activities for one of the project. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance test scenarios using industry-standard tools such as JMeter , K6 , and LoadRunner , ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of the application under various workloads.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead performance testing strategy, planning, and execution for all modules under the BGMU program.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), workload models, and performance benchmarks.
• Develop and maintain performance test scripts, data, and environment configurations in JMeter , K6 , and LoadRunner .
• Conduct various types of performance tests including load, stress, endurance, spike, and scalability testing.
• Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide tuning recommendations.
• Collaborate with developers, DBAs, and system architects to resolve performance issues.
• Prepare detailed performance test reports with trends, graphs, and RCA (Root Cause Analysis).
• Ensure test coverage aligns with business SLAs and system performance objectives.
• Guide and mentor junior performance testers in the project.
• Support CI / CD integration for performance test execution and reporting.
