Information Technology Project Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a versatile Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, IT, design, and operations, ensuring seamless delivery of custom web portals, digital, event-tech, and web-based projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing multiple projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver digital / event-tech / custom web development projects from start to finish.
• Conduct regular status meetings and track project progress against milestones.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, content, operations) and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain and update all project documentation, reports, and communication trails.
• Gather and define requirements from clients and translate them into actionable tasks for teams.
• Identify bottlenecks, manage risks, and ensure projects meet defined quality benchmarks.
• Provide excellent client servicing, maintain client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for client needs.
• Prepare progress updates, timelines, and reports for management and clients.
