Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage investor documentation including DDQs, RFPs, and RFQs.
• Drive LP relationship management – ensuring timely updates, information flow, and engagement across global investors.
• Develop and execute investor communication and marketing materials, including newsletters, presentations, and portfolio updates.
• Coordinate quarterly and annual reporting, including fund performance summaries and financial metrics.
• Support fundraising efforts through data room management, investor outreach materials, and due diligence coordination.
• Work closely with internal teams on stakeholder management, fund performance insights, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in organizing investor events, reviews, and annual meetings.
