Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on best practices and technical challenges.
• Design and implement robust backend architectures using Node.js and RESTful APIs.
• Build dynamic and high-performance frontend applications with React, Redux, or Angular.
• Architect and optimize database schemas for SQL & NoSQL platforms (MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
• Ensure code quality, performance, and security through best coding practices and rigorous testing.
• Work in an Agile development environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Manage version control and CI / CD pipelines using Git.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement efficient solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and foster a culture of continuous learning.
