We are seeking a goal-oriented and customer-focused Insurance Advisor with 2-4 years of experience in sales, BFSI, or customer-facing roles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of client needs, good local market knowledge, and the ability to offer personalized insurance solutions.
You'll manage the full sales cycle-from lead generation and client education to policy servicing and renewal.

- Engage with potential customers to understand their insurance and financial planning needs.
- Recommend suitable life, health, or investment-linked insurance products based on customer goals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through self-sourcing, leads, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, explain policy features and benefits, and handle objections confidently.
- Support the entire lifecycle from proposal filling to policy issuance, servicing, and renewal.
- Build and maintain a portfolio of high-quality clients with regular engagement and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and customer interactions using digital tools / CRM.
- Stay updated on new product offerings, market trends, and compliance & Educational Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance, financial products, direct sales, banking, or customer service.
- IRDAI License holders or previous experience with life / health insurance agencies preferred.
- Local market knowledge and fluency in Odia, Hindi, and basic English is Skills & Competencies
- Strong sales acumen and customer engagement skills.
- Ability to explain complex insurance terms in a simplified manner.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve income and performance targets.
