Performance Test Engineer

Job description5–7 years of hands-on experience in performance testing . Strong experience with one or more load testing tools (e.G., JMeter , K6 ). Working experience with Git for version control. Proficiency in using Application Performance Monitoring (APM) tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace . Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a performance-focused mindset. Experience with log analysis using Kibana or Elasticsearch . Basic understanding of AWS services and architecture. Familiarity with Kubernetes (K8s) concepts and deployments. Hands-on experience with CI / CD tools and processes (e.G., Jenkins , GitLab CI / CD ).

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer with strong technical expertise and a passion for delivering high-performing, scalable systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in performance testing tools, application performance monitoring, and CI / CD environments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and execute performance tests for applications and systems.
- Analyze test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide performance improvement recommendations.
- Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure optimal application performance.
- Utilize performance monitoring and logging tools to proactively identify and resolve performance issues.
