Job Title : Counselling Psychologist

Note : Please apply only if you have a minimum of 3 years of experience after completing your Master’s degree. We are specifically looking for counsellors with 3–4 years of experience, who are willing to work from office 5 days a week in rotational shifts
We are looking for someone with :
- Interest, energy, passion in the area mental health and well being
- Must be trained and certified in counselling and trauma care
- Highly proficient in the delivery of awareness and activity-based sessions
- Comfortable in handling groups sessions / peer support groups / webinars / onsite group activities
- In-depth understanding of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) / other therapy modalities and Mindfulness concepts
- Sincere interest in working in a small team environment, and taking complete ownership of the program
Job responsibilities :
Familiarity with psychological screening tools and assessmentsData collection, data recording, data analysis and reporting using appropriate platforms after conducting sessionsDeveloping content and themes appropriate for the populationActive engagement in implementation of intervention plans, counselling and group sessionsEvaluation of need onsite, understanding and providing support as requiredExplaining the informed consent format and process of counselling to clients and ensuring compliance to the sameConducting one to one counselling sessions using customized approaches to help the clients better their mental healthRecording the progress notes on time in the case management systemTracking progress of the clients, through emails / follow up calls / check-in / floor walksSending introduction mails / termination mails for initiation or closure of sessionsEngaging and participating in educational and training programs to continue learning and development in the area of psychologyKeeping abreast with new research on therapy approaches and psychological interventionsEngaging in regular supervision with assigned supervisorsKeeping track of one's own mental wellbeing and take appropriate measures like personal therapy, self-care, peer support groups to prevent compassion fatigue and burn outCreate content and process flow as per requirementConduct adequate research on the topics and avoid plagiarismCo-ordinating and co-operating with the client engagement team regarding content development and process documentsDelivering webinars through online platforms and delivering training sessions on site as per requirementConducting group sessions based on themes with or without PPTFacilitating support groups and co-ordinating the peer support group activitiesRecording notes of support group activitiesCo-ordinate with other team members and be an active team playerCo-ordination within team and in between teams for webinars content development etcMinimum knowledge in navigating and using various platforms like teams, webexMinimum skills in using MS office- PPT, Excel, word etcCandidate qualification :
Post Graduate Degree in Counselling / Clinical PsychologyMust have Minimum 3 years of experience post mastersRelevant certification in Behavioral modification and CBT .Strong people skills, problem solving skills and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication skills, written and verbal, across all organizational levelsHigh energy candidate who has the passion to be part of an innovative and growing organizationEqual Opportunity Employer :
