• Promote and sell Mahindra Powerol Diesel Generators to businesses, institutions, and individual clients in the assigned territory.
• Identify and visit potential customers such as contractors, industries, educational institutions, hospitals, retail outlets, and government departments.
• Understand client needs, provide technical information, and suggest suitable generator models.
• Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the back-office team for order processing, delivery, and after-sales service.
• Maintain records of visits, sales, and customer interactions using CRM tools or reports.Requirements :
• 0-5 years of sales experience, preferably in industrial products, power solutions, or machinery.
• Local candidates or those familiar with Dhanbad and Bokaro markets will be preferred.
