Natoe AI is a Radiology AI Co-Pilot working with imaging centres and radiologists abroad. Centres send us cases across X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography. Our AI-enabled workflow helps radiologists report faster and more consistently, while maintaining high quality.
We are building a central operations team to review and clear cases before they go to radiologists.
Role Summary
The Senior Radiology Operations Specialist will be responsible for checking each incoming case for completeness and basic image quality before it is assigned to a radiologist. This includes validating patient and order details, reviewing images across modalities, coordinating with imaging centres for missing information, and ensuring the case is “report-ready”.
This role is suited for an experienced radiology technologist who wants to move into a quality and workflow-focused position in an AI-led environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review all incoming cases on the Natoe AI platform / PACS.
- Verify patient details, indication, modality, body part, exam type and laterality.
- Check basic image quality and protocol adequacy for X-ray, CT, MRI, Ultrasound and Mammography.
- Identify clear issues such as missing sequences / views, wrong side / body part, incomplete coverage or severe artefacts.
- Ensure all key clinical / technical details needed for reporting (e.g. indication, contrast use, relevant status where applicable) are available.
- Communicate with imaging centres (email / chat / WhatsApp / portal) to obtain missing information or additional images, and follow up till resolution.
- Mark cases as ready for reporting and route them to the appropriate radiologist queue as per internal SOPs.
- Maintain simple trackers for case volume, rework and common issues, and share inputs with operations and clinical leads.
Candidate Profile
Must Have
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Radiology Technologist / Radiographer in a hospital or diagnostic centre.Hands-on experience in all of the following modalities :X-rayCTMRIUltrasoundMammographyRegular interaction with radiologists in previous roles (protocols, repeats, quality checks).Strong familiarity with PACS / RIS and digital radiology workflow.Ability to quickly review studies and judge if they are adequate for reporting or need repeat / additional information.Good written and spoken English .Comfortable with long-term night shift work (IST).Based in NCR , with stable internet and a suitable work-from-home setup.Good to Have
Experience in a teleradiology environment.Prior role as senior technologist / shift in-charge / PACS coordinator .Basic awareness of patient data privacy (training will be provided).What We Offer
