About the Job :

As a Salesforce Marketing Developer with the ACC Salesforce team, you will have the opportunity to join a fast-growing team that is embarking on a multi-year implementation as part of an on-going digital modernization effort.

As the project team ramps up, you will have the chance to help define and shape the vision of how the solution will be maintained and monitored to meet the business’ needs.

Experience Level : 3 – 8 years

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to define, analyze, understand and document technical requirements.
  • Assist in the maintenance of Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Extensions, SQL, AMPscript, SSJS.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to automate and optimize marketing processes.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Provide technical expertise and best practice guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and to foster continuous improvement of code quality.

Qualifications

Overall – 3 to 8 years’ experience with minimum 3+ years of experience administering or developing Salesforce Marketing Cloud based solutions with a strong understanding of Salesforce way of developing applications.

  • 3-8 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and SSJS.
  • Experience with Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Implementation experience of Enterprise design pattern.
  • Building Salesforce applications for Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
  • Visual Studio Code, Authorize Dev Hub, Creating Scratch Orgs.
  • Comfortability with a variety of development tooling, including Force.com IDE, Illuminated Cloud, Ant migration tool, and others.
  • Experience working in modern cloud ecosystems, such as Azure, AWS or GCP.
  • Experience in practicing agile methodologies, including scrum and continuous integration environments.
  • Knowledge of Linux, windows, Networking..
  • Understanding in SQL, NoSQL databases – MySql, Oracle, MongoDB.
  • Understanding of SRE role and implementation.
