What You'll Achieve

As a PowerEdge Technical Content Developer, you will work with software developers, support teams, and other content developers to create important product content. This information enables Dell customers to manage and maintain their server devices so that they can keep their businesses running. You'll thrive here if you are curious, collaborative, willing to take ownership, and passionate about helping customers.

You will :

• Creating and revising customer-focused content for publications like user guides, security guides, reference guides, support documents, and release notes.
• Publishing content on multichannel platforms, including PDF documents, web pages, online help systems, and videos.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure content meets company standards for accuracy, style, and consistency.
• Understanding project schedules, content management best practices, and information architecture processes in delivering high quality content for innovative Server products.
