Position : Partner Support Executive Location : Hyderabad Department : IFA / Partner Channel Experience : 0–2 years (Freshers eligible) Role Summary
You will support the onboarding, servicing, and growth of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) and channel partners. This role is crucial for expanding our B2B distribution network in mutual funds, SIF, and investment products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding new IFAs & partners
- Coordinate documentation, KYC, empanelment
- Provide product support on Mutual Funds, SIF, NPS
- Handle partner queries via phone, email & WhatsApp
- Manage partner training sessions & webinars
- Maintain MIS reports & dashboards of partner performance
- Follow up on SIP, lumpsum, and client servicing tasks
- Support Regional / Cluster Heads with partner activation plans
