Social Media Marketing (SMM) Executive - Gezu Impex Role Summary
As a Social Media Marketing Executive at Gezu Impex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and manage social media pages across multi country multi languages scenarios . You will be responsible for generating sales and business leads ( b2b) by driving traffic and also set up marketplaces on FB & Insta. You will be responsible for preparing & coordinating content plan with content writers, creative teams and closely work with the product team for business generation through social channels which would include Meta, tiktok, Pintrest, Youtube etc Success in this role means growing a highly engaged audience, generating quality leads, generating sales and effectively showcasing our products to multilingual and diverse audiences.
This role plays a crucial part in strengthening the online reputation of Gezu Impex - a leading provider of garden , wood connector and scaffolding hardware used as DIY use and for construction activities
Key Responsibilities
Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, tiktok, Pintrest, Youtube) and Google Ads.
Design and post engaging and informative content (text, image, and video) tailored to different languages and cultural contexts.
Monitor trends and competitor activity in marketplace platforms like Facebook Marketplace and Instagram Shop.
Collaborate with the listing optimization and SEO teams to ensure alignment of product descriptions and social content.
Respond to customer inquiries and comments across platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and use insights to improve strategy.
Stay updated on the latest SMM tools, algorithm updates, and platform policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Social Media Marketing, preferably in e-commerce & industrial products.
Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Facebook / Instagram Marketplace.
Comfortable working with multilingual content and understanding regional digital behaviors.
Strong creative, writing, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
Certification in Digital Marketing, Meta Blueprint, or Google Ads is a plus.
