Role Description

We are hiring graduate trainees who are passionate about technology, eager to learn, and ready to start their IT career. This is an entry-level, full-time position ideal for recent graduates with basic technical skills and a strong desire to build professional experience in software and IT services.

As a graduate trainee, you will :

• Work closely with our technical and project teams to support daily business operations
• Use MS Word and MS Excel for documentation, data entry, preparing reports, and basic business analytics
• Assist in running simple database queries, managing records, and basic troubleshooting using SQL
• Support team members with code reviews, debugging, or enhancements using Core Java
• Update and edit web content using HTML
• Participate in live projects, team meetings, and training sessions to gain real-world exposure
• Take ownership of assigned tasks, complete them on time, and seek help when needed
• Learn new technologies and IT tools under the guidance of mentors
