Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and innovative Automation Developer with strong proficiency in Python and a knack for solving problems with logical precision and creative thinking. The ideal candidate will contribute to building scalable automation solutions across platforms and workflows. Familiarity with machine learning concepts is a plus, enabling deeper integration of intelligent automation into our systems.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts and tools using Python or NodeJS

Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions

Implement error handling, logging, and reporting mechanisms for automation reliability

Optimize existing automation workflows for performance and scalability

Explore and prototype ML-based enhancements where applicable

Document development processes and maintain code repositories

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Strong programming skills in Python

Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities

Ability to think out-of-the-box and propose creative automation solutions

Familiarity with automation frameworks and libraries (e.g., Selenium, PyAutoGUI, Pandas)

Understanding of REST APIs and data exchange formats (JSON, XML)

Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)

Good communication and collaboration skills

Shift timings - 5pm to 2.30am IST

Work Location - Mumbai, Hybrid
