Overview

We are hiring an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Subject Matter Expert (SME) for a 6-month full-time contract. The SME will serve as the primary functional expert for SuccessFactors, leading design, configuration, implementation, and enhancement of key HR modules. This role requires strong HR process understanding, hands-on system expertise, and the ability to ensure smooth business alignment and system efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors modules.

Act as the functional advisor for all SuccessFactors-related requirements.

Translate business needs into system configurations and functional specifications.

Manage full-cycle implementation activities—testing, go-live, and post-go-live support.

Work with HR, IT, and vendors for integrations and troubleshooting.

Ensure standardized processes aligned with global HR and compliance guidelines.

Recommend and implement enhancements and new features.

Stay updated on new releases and best practices.

Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge-sharing materials.

Requirements

5+ years hands-on SAP SuccessFactors experience.

Minimum 2 end-to-end implementation projects.

Strong expertise in key modules :

Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, LMS, Compensation, Succession & Development.

SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.

Strong HR process and HR data model knowledge.

Experience with integrations (SAP HCM, S / 4HANA, or third-party systems).

Exposure to SAP BTP and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) is an advantage.

Excellent communication, analysis, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in Agile or hybrid environments.
