Senior Technical Recruiter (3–5 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles (Such as Python, Java, Fullstack, DevOps, QA, etc.)
- Collaborate with Business managers to understand job requirements and define hiring strategies
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, other job boards, referrals, and social platforms
- Conduct initial screenings, assess technical fit, and coordinate interview processes
- Maintain talent pipelines for critical and niche skills
- Track metrics and ensure a great candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Requirements :
3–5 years of technical recruitment experience (preferably in IT services or product companies)Strong knowledge of technologies such as Java, Python, Node.js, React, DevOps, Cloud, etc.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skillsHands-on experience with sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.)What You’ll Get :
