Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Lucknow. The Education Counselor will guide students in making educational decisions, provide career counseling, and develop tailored academic plans. Additional responsibilities include counseling students on education options, conducting sessions on academic opportunities, and providing insights into career pathways.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong Career Counseling skills to support students in achieving their goals
• Effective Communication skills to interact and build rapport with students and parents
• Understanding of the education system and academic needs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Previous experience in academic or career counseling is a plus
• Empathy, problem-solving abilities, and a student-focused mindset
