Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support Workday implementations, configurations, and integrations across multiple modules.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
• Build and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio.
• Manage testing cycles, troubleshoot issues, and provide production support.
• Monitor and optimize system performance, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
