Job Description

Role & Responsibilities :

  • Supporting and managing consumer identity lifecycle processes Okta platforms, including registration, authentication and account recovery.
  • Execute and support the IAM strategy for consumer-facing applications, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership on IAM related incidents, investigations, and resolution.
  • Self-Service Capabilities : Enhance user autonomy and satisfaction by providing comprehensive self-service options.
  • Integration : Integrate CIAM solutions with existing systems of record and business insight tools to support data management and business growth.
  • Manage identity federation across multiple platforms and applications, ensuring a consistent and frictionless login experience.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of relevant IAM technologies within the industry and their capabilities.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise on new technology as it is added to the environment.
  • Manage expectations from the Operations manager, Domain Owner, and Sponsor for solution design, architecture, and capabilities.
