About the Role :

We're looking for an experienced professional in Analytics + Data Science / AI to drive our data strategy and insights roadmap. You'll define scalable data science solutions and ensure that analytics and models directly impact key business decisions. You will also mentor and guide a growing team of data professionals.

Responsibilities :

Build and deploy ML / AI models for forecasting, prediction, and optimization.
Design analytical frameworks that drive measurable business outcomes.
Partner with Product, Growth, Category, and Marketing teams to identify and execute high-impact use cases.
Drive automation, experimentation, and advanced analytics adoption across teams.
Ensure strong data quality, consistency, and governance.
Mentor a team of Analytics + DS / AI professionals and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Requirements :

7-8 years of experience in Analytics + DS / AI roles.

Expert-level proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel.

Proven track record in machine learning and AI model development.

Exposure to Airflow, Git, and / or data pipeline tools

Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into strategy.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Team handling or mentorship experience will be an added advantage.

GenAI / LLM experience is a strong plus.
