Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Deputy General Manager (Marketing) based in Kolkata. The role involves devising and executing marketing strategies, overseeing market planning and research to identify opportunities, and managing end-to-end marketing operations. The Deputy General Manager will also lead teams, collaborate with sales functions to drive business growth, and ensure alignment with overall organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience of 25 years in marketing of PVC pipes and fittings in the states of Eastren States of India is a must and be currently working in a reputed PVC pipes marketing enterprise .
• Strong Marketing Management experience to design and execute effective marketing strategies.
• Proven Team Management skills to lead, motivate, and oversee marketing teams.
• Sales acumen with the ability to collaborate effectively with sales teams for better alignment and business outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
