About the role :

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team and drive the delivery of innovative scalable and high-quality this role you will balance hands-on engineering with leadership responsibilities-guiding a team of developers setting technical direction and ensuring smooth execution of will partner with product managers designers and other stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions. As a mentor and leader you will help team members grow while fostering a culture of collaboration ownership and continuous improvement.

Specifically this role will involve :

• Design and develop scalable secure and high-performance backend services.
• Lead by example through hands-on coding code reviews and technical problem solving.
• Own architecture decisions for microservices APIs and data models.
• Collaborate with frontend mobile and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
• Ensure strong engineering practices : testing CI / CD pipelines monitoring and documentation.
• Mentor junior developers and guide them in technical best practices.
• Optimize system performance reliability and cost efficiency (databases caching infra).
