Job Description :
We are looking for an experienced SAP HCM Consultant (Time Management) with a strong background in customized business process design, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional and technical expertise in SAP Time Management and its integration with Payroll and other modules.
Key Responsibilities :
Define Work Schedules and Shift RostersConfigure and manage Time Constraints, Attendance, and Absence (paid / unpaid)Manage Absence Valuation Processes and Time EvaluationDesign and enhance Time Schema and PCR (Standard & Custom)Hands-on experience in CATS (Cross Application Time Sheet)Handle Overtime and Complex Shift ScenariosIntegration with Time Interface systems (e.g., Clock-in / Clock-out devices)Integration of Time with Payroll and cross-functional modules (PS / MM / PP)Experience with Time Management on FIORI (Timesheet, Leave, Workflow)Configuration and Maintenance of WSR, Holiday Calendar, and other standard SAP Time Management functionsManage integration with third-party attendance / biometric toolsMandatory Skills :
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in SAP HCM – Time ManagementHands-on experience in Positive & Negative Time Management (Min 2 Implementation + 4 Support Projects)Expert in Time Management Schema & PCR (Standard & Custom)Proven SAP Time and Payroll Integration experienceStrong exposure to Time Evaluation, Absence Valuation, and Work Schedule configurationExperience in FIORI Integration (Timesheet, Leave Workflow)Expertise in third-party system integration (Clock-in / Clock-out)Strong understanding of Organizational Management (OM), Personnel Administration (PA) , and Payroll
