• Send professional outreach emails and make follow-up calls
• Set appointments for the sales team
• Manage and update CRM with accurate client and prospect data
• Research potential business leads, local events, and partnership opportunities
• Engage with businesses on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram
• Share company content and build community relationships
• Schedule and confirm meetings; manage calendars
• Track outreach activity and prepare weekly reports
• Support marketing projects, events, and campaigns as needed
