We’re now expanding our new AI Automation Team and looking for a motivated Junior AI Automation Engineer who is excited to build AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve efficiency for both our clients and our internal teams.

This is a rare opportunity to get in early and build the future of how AI and software coexist.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts
• Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to create AI-driven tools for summarization, classification, enrichment, and workflow automation
• Work with internal AI agents to orchestrate multi-step tasks (email → API → DB → Slack → reporting)
• Build small RAG systems (vector DBs, embeddings, retrieval pipelines)
• Experiment with the latest AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agents, LangChain) and share findings with the team
• Develop internal prototypes that streamline operations, reduce manual work, or act as MVPs for client solutions
• Document workflows, create diagrams, and ensure reliability with error handling and monitoring
• Collaborate with engineering, PM, and leadership on AI strategy and automation ideas
