Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute finishing works, including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling ,flooring, joinery and facade finishes.
• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings , specifications and approved quality standards.
• Monitor sub contractors and labour teams to ensure timely progress.
• Conduct inspections and quality checks for finishing work.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and vendors for material selection and approvals.
• Prepare work schedules
• Maintain safety standards and site cleanliness during finishing activities.
• Resolve site related issues and provide technical support when required.
