Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Academic Advisor located in Pune Maharashtra, India. The Academic Advisor will provide guidance to students regarding their academic journeys, assist with career planning, and facilitate educational counseling sessions. Responsibilities include understanding individual student needs, offering tailored advice about academic programs, and supporting students' personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong skills in Communication and Education-related advisory
• Experience in Academic Advising and providing personalized guidance
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team-based environment
• Experience in the MBA or higher education sector is a plus
• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a relevant field
