The Role
We are seeking a committed and creative High School Humanities / English Teacher to join our faculty in a full-time capacity from Term 1, 2026. In this role, you will :
- Plan and deliver engaging Main Lessons and skills-based classes in English and Humanities
- Foster critical thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills in students
- Integrate literary and language content with artistic and experiential learning
- Build a respectful, inclusive classroom culture that supports student wellbeing
- Participate in faculty meetings and collaborative curriculum planning
- Provide timely and meaningful student feedback in line with NZCSE requirements
