Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Architect with 6–8+ years of experience in designing and delivering corporate office spaces for multinational clients. The ideal candidate should have strong conceptual and technical design abilities, proven experience in end-to-end workspace design, and an impressive portfolio of independently executed design projects. This role requires close collaboration with Altre’s design, project management, and execution teams to deliver world-class, high-performance work environments from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Development & Space Planning
• Develop innovative design concepts, layouts, and spatial strategies aligned with client requirements and brand identity.
• Prepare test fits, zoning plans, and detailed GFC drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Lead design discussions with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders to finalize layouts and design direction.
• Conceptualization & Visualization
• Create compelling presentation decks with mood boards, renderings, and material palettes.
• Collaborate with visualization teams to develop high-quality 3D renders and walkthroughs.
• Ensure design intent aligns with functionality, aesthetics, and budgetary goals.
• Technical Detailing & Documentation
• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, reflected ceiling plans, joinery details, and finishes schedules.
• Coordinate with MEP, structural, and acoustic consultants for technical integration.
• Validate BOQs and specifications to ensure technical accuracy and feasibility.
• Design Coordination & Governance
• Collaborate with D&B and PMC teams during design reviews, value engineering, and execution phases.
• Conduct site visits to ensure adherence to design intent, material quality, and detailing standards.
• Support procurement and vendor teams with specifications, mock-ups, and approvals.
• Client Engagement & Presentations
• Represent Altre in client meetings and design workshops.
• Present design concepts, space optimization strategies, and sustainability ideas with clarity and impact.
• Maintain a strong client focus, ensuring designs meet functional, brand, and aesthetic expectations.
