Role Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic HR Manager to join our Mumbai team. The ideal candidate will bring strategic HR insight, people-first leadership, and hands-on experience from the fast-paced world of media, advertising, or creative agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Partner with leadership to shape company culture and drive organizational growth.
