Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to lead our

social media efforts and drive engagement across various platforms. The ideal

candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and best

practices, with a proven ability to create and execute effective social media

strategies. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social

media presence, developing content strategies, and analyzing performance metrics

to enhance online presence and brand reputation of our clients.

Eligibility Criteria :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or

equivalent experience.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a

strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.

Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics tools

e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).

Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills.

Ability to create and manage engaging content across various platforms.

Experience with social media advertising and budget management.

Preferred Skills :

Experience in influencer marketing and partnership management.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects

simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase

brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple platforms

e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok).

Create, curate, and schedule engaging and relevant content, including text,

images, videos, and infographics.

Manage social media accounts, including posting content, responding to

comments, and interacting with followers.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics and performance data to optimize

strategies and report on campaign effectiveness.

Stay up-to-date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging

platforms to keep our strategies current and innovative.

Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive

and aligned messaging across all channels.

Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget

allocation, targeting, and performance tracking.

Handle crisis management and address any negative feedback or issues that

arise on social media in a timely and professional manner.
